Tidy Harbor

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026  ·  Last updated: 15 October 2026

Short version. Tidy Harbor has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or contacts. Your progress stays on your device. The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay with Unity Ads as its ad network and offers optional purchases (Remove Ads and coin packs), so advertising partners, an in-app purchase service and (only if you allow it) Google Firebase process some data about your device and how you use the game. Gameplay statistics and crash reports are off until you choose ALLOW. Advertising works separately from that choice.

1. Who we are

Tidy Harbor is a mobile game developed by Prime Quantum Studios, an independent game developer based in London, United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Prime Quantum Studios. This is a general location, not a registered company address, and no company registration is claimed here.

Privacy questions and requests, support requests, and data access or deletion inquiries: primequantumstudios@gmail.com.

2. What the game itself keeps on your device

Your level, coins, stars, boosters, restored areas, settings, the cached Remove Ads entitlement and your gameplay-statistics choice are stored only on your device. Uninstalling removes them from the device, although a device or cloud backup that you have switched on may keep a copy.

3. Services that process data, and what they receive

We do not sell your data. The services below act as our service providers or, for the advertising partners, also for their own advertising, measurement and fraud-prevention purposes. Please review their own policies (Google: policies.google.com/privacy; Unity: unity.com/legal; RevenueCat: revenuecat.com/privacy).

ServiceData involvedWhy
Unity LevelPlay (the ad mediation SDK, formerly ironSource), Unity Technologies IP address (used to estimate approximate, general location), the device advertising identifier and other device identifiers provided by the operating system, identifiers LevelPlay assigns to the installation, ad requests, views and clicks, and device details such as language, make, model, operating system and connection type. Your in-game ad choice is passed to it. Requesting optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads, choosing which ad network fills them, measuring ads and ad revenue, and preventing fraud
Unity Ads, Unity Technologies, the ad network that fills the ads Approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, identifiers Unity assigns, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device details such as language, make, model and connection type, as described in Unity's own disclosures Showing ads, ad measurement, analytics and fraud prevention; Unity also uses this data as described in its own policies
Google Firebase Analytics — only after you choose ALLOW A randomly generated app-instance ID, gameplay events (for example level number, win or loss, boosters used, ad placement, ad revenue, purchase events), screen views and sessions, device model, operating system version, and coarse location derived from a masked IP address Understanding difficulty, balancing levels and measuring ad revenue. We do not use Firebase for ad personalisation, and Firebase's advertising-related consent settings are kept denied.
Google Firebase Crashlytics (including the Firebase Sessions component it depends on) — only after you choose ALLOW Crash stack traces, application state and device details at the time of a crash, a random Crashlytics installation ID, and session/app-quality metadata such as bundle ID, operating system information and connection type Finding and fixing crashes and measuring app stability
Google Firebase Remote Config — active for everyone A random Firebase installation ID, country and language code, time zone, platform and operating system version, app package/bundle ID and app version Adjusting settings such as how often ads may appear without shipping an app update. Remote values can only make ads rarer. It is not used for personalisation, audiences or A/B experiments.
RevenueCat, together with the app store you downloaded the game from A random anonymous customer ID, purchase history and store receipt data for this app, locale and currency code Validating and restoring purchases, unlocking Remove Ads, delivering coin packs, and purchase statistics

Payment card and bank details are handled only by your app store. We never see them.

4. Categories of data, in plain terms

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone, camera, precise location, browsing history outside the game, or any free-text you type. The game's analytics system only accepts a fixed list of event names and values, so personal details cannot be logged by accident.

5. Your gameplay-statistics choice, and why ads are separate

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are switched off on a clean install. After you win your first level, the game asks once whether you want to share gameplay statistics and crash reports, with equally weighted ALLOW and NOT NOW buttons. Nothing is collected before you allow it, and events from before your choice are never sent afterwards. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → GAMEPLAY STATS.

6. Consent, tracking and how ads are personalised

7. Retention and security

Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the game (subject to your own backups). Data held by the services in section 3 is kept under their own retention rules and settings. All data these services collect is sent over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We keep no separate servers and no database of our own for this game.

8. Children's privacy

Tidy Harbor is intended for players aged 16 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International transfers

The services in section 3 are operated by companies based in the United States and may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards and transfer mechanisms. By using the game you understand that data described here may be processed outside your country.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port personal data, to object to or restrict processing, or to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information, under laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws. What you can do in practice:

What we can and cannot delete. Tidy Harbor has no accounts, no login and no in-app account or data deletion feature, and the app does not display the random identifiers described above. We therefore usually cannot connect a request to a specific installation, and we cannot promise that all data will be deleted. If you can provide an identifier that a service exposes to you, we will forward the request to the relevant provider and do what that provider's process allows. Purchase records are held by your app store and are also subject to its tax and accounting obligations.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the game's services change. The "Last updated" date above will change with it, and significant changes will be reflected in the game's store listing. Please check this page from time to time.
