REBOUND: One Shot Puzzle is a mobile game developed by Prime Quantum Studios, an independent game developer based in London, United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Prime Quantum Studios. This is a general location, not a registered company address, and no company registration is claimed here. [OWNER/LEGAL: if a registered legal entity and a business postal address exist, add them here after a legal review.]

Your level progress, medals, cosmetics, settings, streaks, cached purchase entitlements and your gameplay-statistics choice are stored only on your device. Uninstalling removes them from the device, although a device or cloud backup that you have switched on (for example Android backup or iCloud backup) may keep a copy.
We do not sell your data. The services below act either as our service providers or, in the case of the advertising partners, also for their own advertising, measurement and fraud-prevention purposes. Please review their own policies.
| Service | Data involved | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Unity LevelPlay (ad mediation) and ironSource Ads, Unity Technologies | IP address (used to estimate approximate, general location), advertising ID / IDFA and other device identifiers, identifiers assigned to the installation, ad views and interactions inside the ad, app diagnostics, and device details such as language, make, model, screen size and connection type. Your ad personalisation choice (see section 6) is passed on with each ad request. | Choosing which ad partner fills an ad request, showing optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads, measuring and limiting ads, preventing fraud, and the partners' own advertising and analytics purposes as described in their policy |
| Unity Ads, Unity Technologies, as an ad partner inside Unity LevelPlay | Approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, identifiers Unity assigns to the installation, interactions inside the ad, app diagnostics, and device details such as language, make, model, screen size and connection type. Unity's own documentation also lists purchase-related and identifier data for its SDK. | Bidding for and delivering ads, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, and Unity's own purposes as described in their policy |
| Google Firebase Analytics — only after you choose ALLOW | A randomly generated app-instance ID, gameplay events (for example level number, attempts, duration, failure reason, ad placement, ad revenue, purchase events), screen views and sessions, device model, operating system version, and coarse location derived from a masked IP address | Understanding difficulty, balancing levels and measuring ad revenue. We do not use Firebase for ad personalisation, and Firebase's advertising-related consent settings are kept denied. |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics (including the Firebase Sessions component it depends on) — only after you choose ALLOW | Crash stack traces, application state and device details at the time of a crash, a random Crashlytics installation ID, and session/app-quality metadata such as bundle ID, operating system information and connection type | Finding and fixing crashes and measuring app stability |
| Google Firebase Remote Config — active for everyone | A random Firebase installation ID, country and language code, time zone, platform and operating system version, app package/bundle ID and app version | Adjusting settings such as ad frequency and hint thresholds without shipping an app update. It is not used for personalisation, audiences or A/B experiments. |
| RevenueCat, together with the Apple App Store or Google Play | A random anonymous customer ID, purchase history and store receipt data for this app, locale and currency code | Validating and restoring your purchases, unlocking Remove Ads and Supporter Pack, and purchase statistics |
| Your device's operating system | Notification permission state and the local reminder schedule | Optional daily reminders. These are local notifications; there is no push-notification service and no message is sent from our servers. |
Payment card and bank details are handled only by Apple or Google. We never see them. When you tap SHARE on a personal-best card, the image is passed to your device's own share sheet; REBOUND does not upload it.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone, camera, precise location, browsing history outside the game, or any free-text you type. The game's analytics system only accepts a fixed list of event names and values, so personal details cannot be logged by accident.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are switched off on a clean install. After you complete your first level, the game asks once whether you want to share gameplay statistics and crash reports, with equally weighted ALLOW and NOT NOW buttons. Nothing is collected before you allow it, and events from before your choice are never sent afterwards. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Privacy → GAMEPLAY STATS & CRASH REPORTS.
Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the game (subject to your own backups). Data held by the services in section 3 is kept under their own retention rules and settings. [The Google Analytics event-data retention period for this project is to be set and stated here by the developer.] All data these services collect is sent over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We keep no separate servers and no database of our own for this game.
REBOUND is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
The services in section 3 are operated by companies based in the United States and may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards and transfer mechanisms. By using the game you understand that data described here may be processed outside your country.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port personal data, to object to or restrict processing, or to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information, under laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws. What you can do in practice:
What we can and cannot delete. REBOUND has no accounts, no login and no in-app account or data deletion feature, and the app does not display the random identifiers described above. We therefore usually cannot connect a request to a specific installation, and we cannot promise that all data will be deleted. If you can provide an identifier that a service exposes to you, we will forward the request to the relevant provider and do what that provider's process allows. Purchase records are held by Apple or Google and are also subject to their tax and accounting obligations. [The developer's detailed deletion procedure will be described here once it is finalised.]
We may update this policy, for example when the game's services change. The "Last updated" date above will change with it, and significant changes will be reflected in the game's store listing. Please check this page from time to time.
