We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play REBOUND on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
The game, its name, artwork, levels, code and sounds stay our property or that of our licensors.
Unless you have bought Remove Ads or the Supporter Pack, the game shows ads: optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitials from level 11 onwards. Ads come from Google AdMob and its partners, and what they process is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not control the content of third-party ads; report a problematic ad to us and we will pass it on.
We may update the game, change or remove features, and adjust settings such as ad frequency remotely. We may stop distributing or supporting the game. Online features (ads, purchase validation, remote settings) depend on third-party services and your connection, so they can be unavailable at times; the campaign, Endless and the Daily/Weekly puzzles work offline.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost progress or lost profit arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
REBOUND is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live, you need a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf.
You can end it at any time by deleting the game. We may end it if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Ending the licence does not entitle you to a refund of purchases already made, which remain subject to the store's refund rules.
We may update these terms, for example when the game changes. The "Last updated" date above will change with them, and continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
