TAP ARCADE ("the App", "we", "us") is a collection of casual arcade games published by Prime Quantum Studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is used. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contact details through the App. The App may process the following:

• On-device game data: your scores, coins, settings, and progression are stored locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers.
• Advertising data: our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect a mobile advertising identifier and limited device/usage information to show and measure ads.
• Purchase data: if you make an in-app purchase, our payments partner (RevenueCat) and the app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) process the transaction and a non-identifying purchase token.

2. How the Information Is Used

• To run and save your game progress on your device.
• To display advertising (including personalized ads where permitted) and measure ad performance.
• To process and restore in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads", coin packs).

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — advertising. policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management. revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and payments.

4. Advertising Identifier & Tracking

On iOS, the App asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. You may receive non-personalized ads if you decline tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

On-device data (your scores, coins, and settings) remains until you delete the App or clear its data from your device. You can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, and decline ad tracking on iOS at any time.

How to request data deletion: To request deletion of any data associated with you that is processed by our advertising or payments partners, email primequantumstudios@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
